Twist Series 1/2" Square x 44"H Double Basket Single Twist Hollow Iron Baluster (9004)

To start, they are very well made and look great. Unfortunately, I purchased the completely wrong size (i.e., length), which was my own fault, and now there is no point in returning them due to the restocking fee and postage associated with a return.

Parts were exactly what I ordered. Quick shipping

Mine was a small job and I thought I needed solid balusters, but hollow is definitely the way to go. I have a metal chop saw, and ended up cutting both ends to center the decorative parts. Solid would have been a real challenge and time consuming. Hollow are very sturdy and the end result was beautiful. I’m sure this could be done with an angle grinder, but hacksaw would take a while, even if they are hollow. I’d use this install as an excuse to buy a new metal cutting tool. :-)

This stair baluster are of great quality and the price is better than the local major stores. It also looks good and it was shipped in a timely fashion.
