    Negative customer service experience

I already sent an email last week to the support email that has gone unanswered, just as several phone calls did when the shipping issue occurred. Can someone please respond to the email or call me? Thank you.

    Returns

Didn’t end up needing all but since I needed some I couldn’t return the others disappointed there’s no way to return the unneeded post.

    Hey Alexis,

I couldn't find an email or voicemail requesting to return some of your newel posts, but we can definitely still take these Poplar newels back as returns within the 3-day return window. I'll reach out in a separate email with the return instructions and the return address to use when sending the items back. Feel free to reply there with any questions that you may have about the Returns process!
