As part of a flooring project I wanted to bring my our staircase into a modern elegant look. Since the work was scheduled in a short time frame I was concerned about the order arriving on time. Not only did they arrive on time they added that look we wanted for our home!
C
It arrived damaged which is super disappointing considering how much shipping was. If in damaged it may have been nice.
Hey Christine,
I’m sorry again about the shipping damage to your baluster sample. Most orders arrive without damage like this, but I understand why this would be frustrating. After reviewing your photos, we’ve gone ahead and issued a refund, per your request. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out!
Best regards,
Tom B.

We are thrilled with our updated iron balusters - the impact on the look of our home was far more than the effort and cost involved. Stair Parts USA also has excellent customer service.

What I need is for a few of them to be shortened, the oval ones.
