The poor review is not the quality of the Iron Ores they are great. It is also not on the shipping, it was fast. It is on the POOR communication from Stair Parts USA. I have sent a contact form from your website, 2 emails and left a voice mail and still NO Response. I need to process a return/exchange and I need the return shipping address as the packing slip and the exterior package have two different return addresses. I don't want to incur the expense of mailing back these only to find I have sent to the wrong address. I cannot get a return email or phone call. I need to finish this project so at this point I think I will have to buy what I need from another company and eat the ones I wanted to exchange. I have given my email and my phone number; I don't know what else to do.

A little glitch with being able to track the order, but great customer service and great quality product.

I just have a small stairway section that used to have wooden spindles. My house is older so it was not a standard size to replace them. I got the adjustable iron balusters and they are amazing! They look absolutely wonderful!

The product was great as was the service. There was an issue with one of the balusters and a replacement was sent out and received within 4 days of contacting them. What makes this even more remarkable was that this was done the week of Thanksgiving!

Very very nice look but it takes some patience and learning to install. Took 4 solid days to install 93 of them. Looks great.
