	The 7011, Level Quarter Turn, is used when a handrail is turned at 90 degrees.  The level quarter turn is also available with a cap for over-the-post applications.  In jurisdictions where handrail along a wall must return to the wall, the level quarter turn is a must.  Some areas require this to prevent arms or clothing from catching on the open ends of handrail along walls.  The level quarter turn is one of the most frequently used fittings in the stair industry.
