The 4007 Newel stands 54” High and is 3 ¼” x 3 ¼”. This Newel is designed for a Post to Post Balustrade System. If you are not familiar with newel installation, we recommend that you check with an experienced carpenter for pointers. The newel post provides stability to the handrail system and it is very important to make sure that the newel posts are attached properly to assure a solid handrail system.
