  • StairPartsUSA.com offers FREE SHIPPING on orders all orders that exceed $1600.00 in parts (Does not any include any taxes that may apply) being shipped within the continental United States.  Exception: If the “actual” calculated shipping rate exceeds 10% of the value of the items to be shipped then you will be asked to pay the remainder.
    • Example: The parts total on your order is $1950.00 and the actual calculated shipping rate is $275. You will be asked to provide an additional $80 in shipping charges. A member of StairPartsUSA’s customer service team will contact you if this occurs after your order is placed.
  • Orders not exceeding $1600 are charged normal shipping rates according to weight, size and distance to the delivery point from the shipping point using the appropriate shipping method.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS GROUND, UPS FREIGHT or alternate truck lines at the discretion of StairPartsUSA. Orders that exceed 100lbs are typically shipped via UPS FREIGHT. Orders that contain items exceeding 8 feet are always shipped via UPS FREIGHT or alternate truck line.
  • Please keep in mind that someone must be at the delivery site to accept a truck shipment. The driver is responsible for getting the pallet to the back of the truck only. It is the receiver’s responsibility to get it off of the truck.
  • The average time in transit after the product leaves our dock is 3-5 days. We are not responsible for delays due to time in transit.
If you have requested an expedited shipping method, the freight company is responsible for the time in transit. StairPartsUSA will not be held accountable for any guarantees made by shipping companies

How will my order ship?
 

Order less than 200 pounds will ship UPS.  Orders over 200 pounds will ship via UPS or truck line at our discretion.  Drivers are only responsible to bring the shipment to the edge of tailgate.  You are responsible for removing the product from the tailgate of the truck.  Product going truck line will be boxed and delivered on a skid.  Boxes will weight approximately 50 lbs. each or less.  Additional assistance in removing the product from the truck is available at an additional charge of $175.00.  This assistance must be ordered  at the time you place your order.  Truck lines have a great deal of money invested in their trucks and need to keep them on the road continuously to maintain profitable operations.  Please be respectful of their time.
